Rent Space at Lakewood UMC

Space Rental at LUMC

  • Check our single-use rental rates below.

  • Payment for single-use events is due in full 7 days before the event. 

  • If you would like to rent space from us on an ongoing basis, please email your proposal to office@lumcdallas.org.

  • Everyone renting space will be required to fill out a facilities use agreement

Building Use Fee Schedule
(Effective 1/1/2025)

 

Non-Member Room Fees:

These prices are for one-time use. All rooms have a 3hr minimum rental fee.

 

Sanctuary:                                 $450 for the first 3 hours

                                                   $125 each additional hour

                                                   $150 flat fee for AV use; the AV person must be from the church.

 

Fellowship Hall:                         $275 for the first 3 hours

                                                   $85 each additional hour

                                                   $50 flat fee if you need us to set up or take down furniture; otherwise,
                                                   you are responsible to set up and take down.

 

Fellowship Hall and Kitchen:    $400 for the first 3 hours

                                                   $90 each additional hour

Individual Classroom:               $75 for the first 3 hours

                                                   $20 each additional hour

 

Whole Parking Lot:                    $150 for the first 3 hours

                                                    $40 each additional hour

                                                    (This fee is to rent the parking lot only, independent of an event you are
                                                     holding at the church.)

 

All other rooms and spaces:     Can only be rented in conjunction with rental of one or more of the
                                                    above spaces. Requests to use these spaces will go to our Leadership Team.

Requests for use of our building for multiple events or long-term rental will go to our Leadership Team.

 

Church members will be asked to pay half of the above-listed fees. Any requests outside of the rooms listed above will go to our Leadership Team.

 

All users of the building, including church members, will be asked to sign a liability waiver.

 

Payment of full building use fee is due 7 days before the event.
